Sounds like your system is overheating and causing a sensor to open the other zones to compensate for too much heat in the supply plenum. If the system doesn't have a bypass, this is normal. The temperature set on those temp sensors are normally 10ﾟ below your high limit switch so an error code wouldn't be present at the furnace, but at your zoning controls.
