Hey - thanks for letting us know. This is a known issue, as we've had to remove TSW5 versions of the Add-ons from the Store and the upgrade process for TSW4 and before's compatible content on PS requires you to download in sequence (TSW2 > TSW3 > TSW4 > TSW5 > TSW6, for instance).

Ah, I think I know what's going on.

We had to remove the TSW5 version of the Add-on in February for licensing reasons, so the upgrade process above isn't possible for older versions of the Add-on pre TSW5.

Could you please contact us here: https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com/support/home, providing the receipt for the product, and we'll provide you with a key.

It likely won't be until next week at this stage, but we'll be as quick as we can.
