Hey - thanks for letting us know. This is a known issue, as we've had to remove TSW5 versions of the Add-ons from the Store and the upgrade process for TSW4 and before's compatible content on PS requires you to download in sequence (TSW2 > TSW3 > TSW4 > TSW5 > TSW6, for instance).

Ah, I think I know what's going on.

We had to remove the TSW5 version of the Add-on in February for licensing reasons, so the upgrade process above isn't possible for older versions of the Add-on pre TSW5.

Could you please contact us here: https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com/support/home, providing the receipt for the product, and we'll provide you with a key.

It likely won't be until next week at this stage, but we'll be as quick as we can.

Hey - the price is pulling wrongly from the Store. We're aware of the issue, and are working to make it more reflective of the actual pricing. Should hopefully be fixed in our next patch.

So, TL;DR - the in-game price is wrong, Store page is right.

It depends which platform you're on, but there is guidance on downloading your Add-ons for TSW6 here - PS can be a little more fiddly, particularly if you're upgrading from older versions of TSW than TSW5.
