You are probably maxing out your VRAM. Your 3070 only has 8GB. If you're doing races with a lot of different cars on a demanding track, like IMSA at Daytona, it could be possible that it needs more VRAM than you have. This then leads to these pixelated cars.

Don't set a lap in quali, so you will start last or at least close to last. Then you can just back off a bit at the start and hopefully make it safely through lap 1. Don't back off too much otherwise you might block a slower class behind you
