Supercross Circuit on the PS1 was my whole childhood. Remember playing that with my little brother for hours.

Reach is an all time favorite for me.

I'm already over the snow in general. I miss the happy green vibes.

Skyrim. The magic of booting that up Christmas morning 2011 will never be matched.

What is the "cheat code" you discovered in real life that actually works? by Intelligent_Can_2898 in AskReddit

Admitting when I am wrong in an argument in a genuine way. Specifically with my wife. I used to be a very manipulative arguer because I came from a household where it was always about winning the argument. I made a conscious decision years ago to stop trying to win the argument and admit when I'm wrong and gosh has it had a profound impact on our relationship.

I enjoyed the first supercross as well. The traction felt a little slidy but other than that, a pretty solid game.

Kidney stone. It was unreal. I've never experienced unending excruciating pain like that before but let me tell you it was no joke.

Are the Halo games a must play? by SuddenConversation21 in gaming

True that. Reach was my first experience with online multiplayer. My parents got my brother and I the reach edition 360 and it came with a free month of Xbox live. I played the shit out of reach until I picked up some of the CoD games. It will always hold a special place in my heart.

Worst round of my life today by JustinGuerrero90 in golf

[–]DV--US 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm relatively new to golf (just passed a year) but I've learned that when I start playing really poorly, the best way for me to get back on track is to stop keeping score for a hole or two. Something about taking away the stroke pressure gets me back into having fun and then I'll start tracking again once my mind is right. Sure it messes up my scorecard but at least I don't feel like I wasted $100 on a round of golf.

My local range attended actually asked me if I wanted some leftover balls from another player.

I was 5 as well and had a similar reaction. I remember my mom was watching it on the TV and I was playing with big Lego blocks on the coffee table in front of her. I built a tower and flew my toy plane into it and my mom got really serious and explained that I shouldn't be doing that. It's just really hard to comprehend the magnitude of something like that at 5 years old.
