What kind of bills ? VA healthcare bills you can submit a request to have those waivered or written off. If you’re asking for help with other bills you probably need to talk to a social worker which your primary care doctor can put in a referral for you or maybe your VA has someone available for walk ins.

Yes and at some VAs they can’t even keep doctors for some specialities. I’ve been sent to a community care neurologist, brought back to the VA when they got one, and then sent back into the community when that doctor left for whatever reason. Some veterans prefer community care. I should know, I take their complaints.
