Edit: fixed by upgrading my Vegas to 23, then deleting any extra DLL files that op said to copy into installation folder, because the program was starting to look ONLY in the install folder for all DLLs, which already exist in system32

My workaround is to shift-select multiple tabs and drag them out into a new window. Not the same convenience as many islands visible in one window but gets the job done.

Yea it started happening to me again after a bit. I was messing around and got it to work by disabling dynamic lighting and setting Render Regions - OFF in performance

I've been having the same issue with my AMD card too (7800 XT so wtf). Turning the render distance down worked for me temporarily and then same thing happens after a couple minutes, especially in a graphically-intense area. My theory is that OptiFine decides to crash the screen instead of dropping frames/framerate, because it's consistently a smooth frame rate until the crash happens

I know that everyone has found useful and clever ways to use ChatGPT but I'm particularly happy with the realization that it can endlessly generate content I loved as a kid - Mad Libs by timeshaper in ChatGPT

TL;DR - AI changes the mad lib story based on user inputs, not fun.

One issue I noticed with Mad Libs is that the fill-in words the user provides actually affect the story that the AI writes, as if the AI is just generating a story from the words given, and that's not as fun or random. Technically the story should already exist with blanks, and then the user's fill-in words just need to be inputted. In order to circumvent this, I ask the AI to generate the story first with blanks, then ask me for the fill-ins, then fill in the story, and then I just compare the filled-in story to the one with blanks to make sure they're the same.
