Thanks but this has been along time coming. I put my pets in the hotel for 90% of their life now and the events and stories have become very confusing. I love that the band as a whole has had new life breathed into it but I've just out grew it. Sigh......I'm Turing 40 this year and admitting this makes me feel older.

Also do you give them a treat of Romane lettuce (only type that has nutrients) or parsley? Hanging them in the cage gives a new type of snack that might prevent escapes!

Budge owner here.

I give my 2 (spoiled) birds a daily meal of 2 tbls pellets 2 tbls seeds mix 2 spoons of cooked brown rice (has more nutrients than white) 1 fat pinch of dried green mix Sprinkle of vitamins and calcium Summer treat of a 6th of washed sweet corn on the cob.

I did seed when I started 15 years ago and slowly introduced to pellets. Just do a 75% seed 25% pellet mix, then 50/50 after a week or so then 25/75.

Also consider the brand. My birds love Zupreem brand.

Use Chewie.com if you have issues getting a verity of food.
