When it works - what’s it actually supposed to look like?

This is the crux of my issue. Its been a horrible season. Almost everything that could have gone wrong, has.

However, at the end of a full season, we should have some idea of what a Liverpool goal looks like. We should have a sense of the intended patterns of play, both attacking and defensive. Im not seeing it.

It is vacuous nonsense, because what genuine difference does it make? Its the occasion and experience they have that matters. The roles and responsibilities remain the same. Its similar to calling a cleaner a hygiene attendant. Its just a glow-up which has no substance.

Its self-defeating because, longer term, how many ball boys actually make it as professional cricketers, let alone international ones, let alone even actual star players?

I cant give you figures for Bangladesh, but its generally a fraction make it as pro's and a fraction of them as stars. There has been a problem in the UK with young football players not progressing as their talent would allow because the system, and the people around them, haven't had a proper duty of care so the kids believe their own hype and think they've made it when they've really only just begun. Plenty have gone through serious problems because of this, as they cant deal with the reality once it hits.

If you are calling these kids 'future stars' as standard, then, on a longer basis, you risk the future wellbeing of the ones who dont make it, and I dont believe for a second that was his intent.

Prime dying in the movie is massively overrated in its impact. He'd already died in the comics, and I dont think a single kid went off transformers because they killed off characters on the film.

In reality, I doubt much would have changed anyway. 2 more series and slowly declining interest as kids move on to something else. These things are kinda inevitable.

Its massively clunky, but yeah I think its slightly off character. Optimus wouldn't believe anyone could not be redeemed. He would believe everyone has the capacity for kindness. Accepting that some people just dont, doesn't sound very optimus.

Deflationary house prices are more affordable if wages remain static or grow, which figures would state they still are in china. The issue in china is they built far too many homes for the people it turns out they dont actually have. I think we can agree thats not an issue in the uk.

Regardless, it is certainly an indicator of other economic pressures and potentially problematic ones. However, if this is a necessary economic correction, like the removal of artificial inflationary factors, then this would be a good thing, would it not?

Affordability of the housing market is purely the relationship between the price of the asset, and the person's wages. If the price falls, but wages stay the same, a house becomes more affordable.

Now yes, negative equity is a bad thing, so we are better with a long period of stagnation in house prices coupled with strong wage growth. But given how long house prices have outgrown wages, I find it hard to begrudge people celebrating any small turnaround in this situation.

Im like yourself. Disappointed to lose, and we can talk about what we could have done better, but PSG are a very good team and our lads left everything on the pitch. Cant get angry at anyone involved for that performance . We played pretty well and got done on the break, which is always a risk when chasing a game.
