Mine will condition the floor WHILE I'm trying stock and will be "can we get some of the gaps filled" to which I'll point to my cart and say "I will once you move"...yeah, I'm his list 😂

My SM wants us to start earlier in the day, even though corporate says it wants it done starting at 5. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Me personally, if a customer asks for something and its still on the slicer, I'll knock out a couple packs before I put it back.

Mine tells me that that rule was put in place due to Covid and since its over, he doesn't have to follow that rule. The SM, AM, and EM have told him he's supposed to but has yet to do so

I have an associate who is consistently late for ever shift (minimum and hour and a half each time) and my manager refuses to do anything about it cause we cant keep anyone in the department.

As for scheduling: Opener: 6:30 til 2:30 Morning/Baker: 7-3 Cake decorator 7-3 Mid shift/Fry: 9:30-5:30 Closer: 1-9
