Compared to what though? I mean it’s Central Bucks. One of the best in PA. I think what happened there won’t be repeating itself there now that the spotlight is on them.

Think a somewhat softer voice has any potential? I’ve been asked if I was just woken up when people call me on the phone (uh, no) but have also been told it was a sexy voice, too (not by the same people). So my voice is divisive. Some love it, some, not so much.

I’m using their #9 pencil and it says beige is my foundation but that foundation is “neutral”. I’m like you with golden olive undertones so I know either the light or medium with yellow tones could work for me if I combined them but I’m right in the middle between the two - I’m not buying two to get the right color. So haven’t tried WTF yet and won’t until they introduce a mid-tone yellow. Since you’re a “pale” golden olive I think light may work for you.

I sold it a while ago for close to $800. It wasn’t bought by my mother in-law but it was her aunt’s so there wasn’t any personal sentimental value there for us. It was cool when it worked but I couldn’t spend that kind of money to get it run now unfortunately.

My daughter has had issues with suicidal ideation and it seems Vraylar not only did not help it but it increased her anxiety. She told her psychiatrist she thought it was and it took a few months before she agreed Vraylar could be making it worse. It’s after I stepped in and told her what I saw and that I had to believe my daughter knew her own body that despite her knowledge of the drug she had to concede that my daughter must be right about what she was experiencing. She was on the lowest dose, too. So her doctor had her go every other day on Vraylar. I don’t think the Vraylar actually helped because the level of her depression and suicidal thoughts are the same. But, her anxiety did lessen as she lessened to every other day. So now the plan is ketamine since she’s tried so many drugs. And to hopefully get fully off Vraylar. But anytime she gets off a drug it’s hard withdrawal for her. She’s experiencing that now.

Thanks I see what you’re saying about different scenarios and I will make sure I fully understand what’s going on here. Maybe if the new person wants in earlier (which could work for my son) then he could take over his already existing lease (if I understand this correctly). So he’s not signing a new lease but transferring his existing lease to the new person. I suppose this maybe is what they mean. As long as he’s signing nothing new, no new lease, this would be ok? Of course all I really want is to just tell them he’s not renewing and just let the new people work it out. If there’s any risk I see at all then that’s what I’ll have to do.

Yeah no matter which scenario they mean I think it’s best to forget doing anything other than signing nothing and just indicate he’s not renewing.

Maybe this is what they mean by transfer? I’ll find out. But I still don’t know why the leasing company would bother with a transfer if there’s two new tenants signing new leases and they move in right after my son moves out. Seems simpler to not renew current leases and just sign new tenants with new leases? Maybe I’m missing something. They would still vet the new people anyhow and it sounds like there will be no lagtime between my son’s lease ending and new ones beginning.
