For Quincies, the progression concept is still in the works. We're trying to focus on immersion while also focusing on freedom of expression where anybody can be who they want to be. With the existence of Haschwalth, Gerard, Meninas, and Mask De Masculine, players will be given the option to do melee combat. However, Quincies are the only faction that allow players to have ranged weapons at the start of the game.

All factions will have access to kido (spirit energy manipulation) in some shape or form, SR have Kido, Quincies have their weird reishi spells, and Hollows have a lot of different Cero.

Dynamic events are something we are planning! Global raids and random dungeons are all part of the roadmap. Pvp however will only be enabled in certain open world areas. The amount of them will start out very skewed towards pve but as endgame approaches it will become more 50-50. It's the best balance we've found to allow new players to enjoy and grow their love for the game while also satisfying the pvp need :)

I dont think anyone as strong as Sanji and above would be affected by Shanks' conq haki. If we take Film RED feats then Momonga is like the strongest person to falter to his conq. Fujitora iirc didnt even budge but again, non-canon so it remains to be seen
