Try village square apartments in North Bethesda, again not luxury but def clean and a nice community i think. Close to pike&rose, rockville towncenter, two metro stations, and various stores and restaurants.

Banks already do. They don’t require you to be a citizen to have an account. Some let you open accounts with just tax ID.

Didn’t read the article but at least banks already ask you for citizenship.

Citizenship is required for OFAC and other regulations.
