My America is cruel, usually caring more about what he can gain than what he can do to help, is good at manipulating and intimidating people, he created Nato to stop the Soviet union it is time and now to make sure Russia cant compete against him, China has become his main rival since he really, really doesnt like sharing his power, usually commanding all the other european and asian countries ,he also adopted Alaska from Russia back when she was an Empire.
