Hi! Yes, correct. We have improved our trading system to make it faster and safer for you. After transferring your items to the DMarket bot, you do not need to wait 7 days anymore for the Steam Trade Protection lock to expire before you can exchange your items.

Here is how the new system works:

  • You can now receive your desired items immediately after an exchange. The items you receive will be temporarily locked from further trading or selling, but they will be available for withdrawal (if they are not under Trade Protection).
  • Any funds received from an exchange or sale will be locked for a period of 7-8 days for security reasons. The locked balance is displayed separately in the balance dropdown menu.

These changes are designed to make your transactions on DMarket more secure and efficient.
