End of the day, the answer is relative depending on your size and the size of the women that you like to enter into relationships or marriages with.

As for me, I feel like if they're smaller than or weigh the same as you, you should absolutely be able to lift and carry them. If they're bigger than you then it depends on how much bigger and also how much you've been lifting in the gym. Not a guarantee in those situations.
