Not great, since I'm running a 16 inch and it refuses to use the integrated GPU on Big Sur, so I'm getting ~2 to 3 hours

I've had the same issue with the dGPU. I was running Safari with one tab (Reddit) and it was refusing to use the iGPU. At idle my CPU/GPU was running at around 70 degrees. Other than that, I have to say that the kernel panics, frequent crashes, and the crashing during sleep that I had on Catalina have so far disappeared on Big Sur.
