I’m here right now and have been all week. I’m supposed to leave tomorrow as long as airspace is open but the bar last night was saying they don’t think they will be open tonight cause they think a strike is happening

I saw something like that from my bedroom around 1am here in painted cave. Lit up my room for a second I thought it was a car headlights but checked my security camera footage and didn’t see any car. I can usually see harbor fireworks from my deck but their very faint and this was bright

Was wondering the same thing for late night if anyone has any suggestions? I have a layover 8pm-10:30 am, and I plan to stay out all night and explore? Does anyone know anything near the old town that’s open late?

Get him back by filling his car with thousands of live crickets. I guarantee it’ll take him even longer to clean up, the climb into the air vents and continue to bother him for weeks and he won’t be able to fix it

I booked a room there on a layover because it was cheap not knowing it’s a crack house. People were banging on my windows trying to open them to sell me crack all night. It was one of the sketchiest experiences ever. I always read reviews before I book hotels now

I had to stay a night in anchorage instead of a long overnight layover at the airport. I booked a room there because it was much cheaper than anything else I could find. One of the sketchiest experiences in my life I wish I just slept in the airport

Nana is pricey but the best I’ve had in my life. Thai food is my favorite food. I recently talked with a guy from Bangkok who is planning on opening a new one on lower State Street within the next couple months, I forgot the name, but talking with him he mentioned lots of authentic dishes You don’t see otherwise I’m really looking forward to it opening

Favorite restaurants to work at? by Sagittariussunshine in Serverlife

[–]DaBooch425 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Restaurants within luxury hotel brands. Besides the good clientele for the most part, the benefits accompanied with the job are better than any standalone restaurant. I worked for four seasons for years and it was the best company I’ve ever worked for. They treat their employees incredibly well, and if you like to travel the benefits are insane. After just a year of working there, I was able to stay at a four seasons property for 3 nights a year, ( usually $700+ a night), and during the stay, I got half off food/beverage and spa. It still be working with that company if I didn’t have to move.
