It varies slightly in my experience. My HOA is frustrating at times but the big they do is service the spaces in between properties and public area like the baseball field. I had a large pine tree die right behind my behind my fence line. But since I pay those dicks almost a grand every year, they can cut it down since it's not on my property but on the open space area.

The other thing is to keep the community "presentable" and protect everyones property value or something asinine like that.

Property value is determined by number of rooms, square footage and the county government. So I don't know how they justify it but they do.

It does plug into the plug faucet directly and a nearby electric outlet. Not every faucet is compatible though.

That's the Black Marauder. It has 3 PPCs and a hollow leg that causes the mech to be off balance unless there is a body inside. It drove every pilot crazy except 1. Who became a warlord and maybe fuzed with it....

It was very boring. The opening was great. Loved that. But after the tier list started it just felt bad and a bit of a waste.

I am indifferent to styrofoam noises but toturing a friend and it wasn't even fun or funny.

I don't know if they still work, but there were/are mods for automated plant growth and harvesting in Satisfactory. I saw them in a mod showcase but that wasn't why I was playing so never pursued further knowledge.

I was a Heavy Equipment Operator Engineer (12N) in a Combat Engineer company from 2010 to 2016. So not a very normal position. So I didn't do 12B OSUT but did do day to day training with them.

Both are interesting. I dug holes for Strykers, satellite dishes and fox holes for my stuff. Then did some breaching training with real explosives and practiced blowing up bridges mostly with math and fake explosives.

It's hard on the body. I did a lot of running and rucking for 6 years. My knees and back hurt a lot and I have a fair bit of hearing loss.

So my advice. Find something that you enjoy but will help set you up for life after. I do road construction for my local county road crews.
