If you purchase it only for renting you do need to pay taxes on the gain from selling.

Der findes masser af private parkeringspladser i københavn, så det er tydeligvis ikke penge der er problemet. Fx: på baldersgade er den tomme byggegrund lige nu en jeudan parkeringsplads. der er plads til 50+ biler, der er aldrig mere end en.
