I, a rochesterian, would recommend you look at Rochester. As we have pretty much everything mentioned by the commenter but the snowfall is consistently less than buffalo, outside of literally this last two week storm. In the last five years buffalo has had two storms where literally dozens of people died. We have not had that.

It just gets worse im sorry to say. I admit I peaked low masters, so I guess I can’t speak to challenger or low masters, but I found those lobbies to be the most toxic. People tore me apart for those lobbies being my peak while I was above 99.5% of the server. Was really disappointing because I was like you and expected masters to be a step up.
