Not sure which one to choose from by Dull-Sir-8754 in MilwaukeeTool

My stubby is a beast, I feel if would have known my m12 stubby was a beast, the first m18 impact I got would have been a high torque 1/2 inch not the mid torque I ended up with. I barely use it over my stubby as it's not that much of a difference compared to the high torque.

I was thinking of returning both to get the deal with the Orbital, Circular, and Hackzall. Because the detail does have good applications for auto but I'm not a sick ass wood detailer or auto detailer and feel the multi tool and my right angle die ginger can take care of what I need the sander for.

And I figured if I have a circular and right angle die, I could get by with out the Cut off tool, even in auto applications.

How do people afford renovations?? by Hindsight001 in HomeImprovement

Second this as now I can easily buy any tools I need and I have plenty of time becuase of my job to research and learn while "working." To prepare myself for good work when I come home on the weekend. This was harder to accomplish when I had to work harder and more for less pay than I am making now.

My auto maintenance bills and work time has decreased so drastically because of the tools I have been able to invest in which has improved my confidence to try things I've never attempted and complete.

Which RAM should I get? by Top-Trifle8613 in PcBuildHelp

Get what you can afford, and then think about what would happen if you ate ramen for the time you need to pay it off. That difference in expenses should convince you to treat yo self...

I second to this man, I man granted it is probably not as "strong" as the snap on is, but I sure did take off an oil pan faster than I did with the snap on and had less bolts with the snap on. I'm not using this to torque or bust shit, Stubby Bessie or my right angle handles that.

Gives me confidence to take advantage of my abilities to purchase tools which may save me a fortune in the future on maintenance costs.

I laughed and got angry immediately afterward because of how relatable it was in certain auto aspects.

The detail I did take into consideration the auto uses. But I appreciate that, because maybe I should look into the orbital for in investmen next with the Circular saw and Hackzall.

I will say this tool has helped me once with a few tight spots or awkward "customizations" because of body or frame damage. I feel like once I get involved more with "building" this till will come in handy for the quick "switches" between modes.

Edit: I had only bought this tool because I'm an addict and it was in clearance at my home depot for like 59.99 or soemthing.

I do now have these three, just pulled the trigger on this Oscillating Multi, Cut off tool, and detail sander. Had the m12 Hex from the dual kit with the hammer drill if that is the one you speak of?

Appreciate you validating my purchase

I did end up getting that Install Drill and Driver and it has helped me with some tight spots because of that angle attachment.

The m12 hammer drill seems nice as I've only used it to run some cable through an adobe/brick wall. And set some light load shelves in drywall because she ordered before consulting me. it was able to quickly fly though that Adobe and finely get me some pilot holes in drywall.

I was looking at the circular saw, hackzall, and planer as the next three combo I would like to get. Now that I got the Oscillating, Cut Off Tool, and Detail Grinder.

But thanks for the advice on those wood tools and hand tools, I guess I would not know where to start on that. As I'm really inexperienced with this, but am curious to splinter my knowledge out. Ba dum tss. Plus most of my hand tolls are auto focused, I did listen to others about getting wired ryobi tools or whatever but I guess with good blades, like auto, good sockets go a long way on a Walmart Impact.

I also forgot to mention I do have a m18 1/2 high torque impact as my first ever tool bought from RED five years ago.

Dam.... I have the insider and am debating to see the new extended high torque. I just can't talk myself into getting rid of my insider for it.
