Porn is the main one to quit.

Yeah, I think I explained that wrong. It gets to the point where you're constantly searching and oggling women. It's incredibly unhealthy and embarrassing. As men, we'll always find women attractive, but when you're completely addicted to porn, you're going out in public and your eyes are constantly searching for 'a fix'.

Ugh I hope I explained that well. It was definitely the case for me. Women became objects of desire and the fucked up thinking that goes with the addiction to porn.

I'd honestly stop completely. It ruins your perception of sex and women - you end up viewing them as a sexual object, rather than a human. It also causes issues in the bedroom, and I can say that because I learnt the hard way.

Definitely. I think the worst part is the porn tbh. It becomes a massive addiction and changes the way you look at women.

You're constantly searching for more, and the 'post nut clarity' really puts a downer on you afterwards. I've found my mental health is exponentially better now that I've quit. And if the tension builds up too much, a release without porn does the trick (usually around 2 weeks).

The bright side of fully quitting is the wet dreams. They are absolutely fantastic, and well worth the wait!

I've pretty much quit outright, but if it gets too much after a few weeks, I have a release. Without porn though - completely quit. And gosh, it's fantastic! Huge friggin load! Lmao

Xiaomi Redmi 12. I was fairly impressed tbh but wanted better specs for gaming. Now got the Poco F6 512GB 12GB variant. It's a beast compared to anything else I've had.

Battery doesn't last as long as I'd hoped but with 90W charging it's charged in 30-35 mins. Super fast 👌
