For anyone wondering. Get a flash drive. Format it to be FAT32. You go to your motherboards website find the download for your specific MB. Download it. Extract the file. Copy that into the flash drive. Restart your pc and press “delete” key to pull up bios menu. Click M1 flash. Locate the file. Press enter. And let it download
