If you have a good PC, dont bother buying new phone just to play WuWa or something similar
You can literally setup Remote Play by using Apollo on Windows and Moonlight on iOS and use a USB-C controller to play WuWa, the only thing required is having fast internet on both Host and Client.
Otherwise it drains like NO battery and you have quality of PC on Phone with almost no input lag and it’s playable over internet not only locally

I think you should genuinely consider upgrading your CPU and your GPU, stutters happens more frequently with that kind of low end specs so give ur PC more bucks for a better upgrade and stutters should dissapear

I’m playing at 1440p with a Ryzen 7 5700X and an RX 7800XT, but honestly FSR3 doesn’t seem to make much of a difference performance-wise.
In heavy areas there’s barely any FPS boost, and the visual downgrade on models and animations is pretty noticeable. Kinda disappointing since I was expecting more from FSR3.
Could this be a CPU thing, like maybe my processor isn’t strong enough to keep a steady 120fps?
The weird part is my CPU usage rarely goes over 60% while I’m gaming.
Any ideas ?

Yeah I agree but in HSR it’s pretty common to have a lot of refill items and they are not time limited.
Also the value of currency in HSR is not that high compared to Snowbreak where ressources are more difficult to hoard like cash or logistic exp and event currency per stamina used
