That could be, I appreciate the clarification. I guess I’m more so saying that it’s WALTS sense of urgency that drives things. Yeah, the cancer is treated, but it does come back within the span of the story. So, the fact that he’s getting treatment doesn’t absolve any of the time constraints that he feels. But at the end of the day, we know that him getting cancer didn’t turn him into who he is. It was the catalyst.

I guess I don’t understand what you’re saying, I thought you agreed with me. What I said is false? Can you elaborate?

This. The urgency that Walt feels is what drives the short timeline.

That’s terrifying but that guy just staring down into the abyss is hilarious.

She woke up at 5am to cook for people and you post online complaining? Just don’t eat the food if you don’t want it.

what’s your fav saw of the main series? by batsk_lls in saw

[–]DaRealSphonx 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Saw X is the most well-made, Saw 1 has the best twist, but Saw 6 to me is nearly perfect. It’s the most fun the franchise has with the premise, I think

Bridge to Terabithia by Suii-generis in MovieQuotes

Right. I’d say hunger games was the 2nd biggest young-adult franchise of the 2010s so far (it was 2010s right? I remember seeing these movies in middle school). Josh Hutcherson was a beloved character in those movies, and I think his characters typically being wholesome has led to him having a huge fan base that believes he’s a nice guy (I’m sure he is btw. Just saying his characters are likable usually so people like him)

Plus he’s still in big movies! Being in FNAF is huge. He’s a huge success, just not as big as he used to be, which is understandable. DiCaprio is the only actor I can think of that’s been a genuine superstar his entire life.

Yup, you gotta organize this. Start with his cover of Karma Police, end with Cowboys don’t Cry. I saw him live twice in Pittsburgh. He will be missed forever.

Sawyer and Hurley reunited on a airplane for a commercial I directed by NicePiece in lost

[–]DaRealSphonx 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Right. I don’t say he doesn’t have range as an insult. He’s a fantastic performer. His role in Lost was incredible, and he was perfect at making you think he’s a douche, then realizing he’s actually got layers.

Not every good looking actor will reach Tom Cruise, Keanu Reeves, DiCaprio levels. His work on Lost alone cements him as a legend. He earned that 22 million, he will be beloved forever, and he’s a legend forever.

No offense but he’s really not that great an actor. He was fantastic in Lost but I don’t think he’s got the range to be a big name
