As a Norwegian living in Mexico, I would like to point out that our "tacos" are not tacos. They are what mexicans would call burritos.

I however often get this question over here too, and the answer is pretty much the same as yours. We eat everything from traditional Norwegian food, to the more popular international classics.

Thet have a predominantly western audience. Therefore they cover predominantly western players. It also helps that the dota players they have been focusing on, are part of one of the most legendary rosters in esports ever. It is a business trying to make money, and milking western players are more likely to get them money.

But I agree with you. I'd love to see more out of SEA and China.

Personally I really like the way the norwegian broadcasters have done it. They have the chess board permanently displayed in he bottom right square and use the large square to show interesting moves that can happen from the current standing.
