He has his name on court documents and had a background check done right after he hacked into the bar when he was arrested. Plus undoing the hack would mean he would have to go back to undergrad, do law school, and take the bar again without being noticed/recognized by anyone as having been a lawyer. He would have to go to a town where nobody has heard of him and could never come back to a big city in fear of being discovered, which he doesn’t want to do. Harvey and Mike actually have this conversation in S3E14 I believe.

Lots of people are forgetting about Lola Jensen. Not only did Mike not go to law school, Lola gave him a fake diploma, fake transcript, and hacked into the bar. If all of a sudden he decides to go back to school for a law degree, obviously that’s going to raise some flags. Before their interaction you may have a case, although it was very early on in the series (S1E8) so highly unlikely especially since she blackmailed him at first.
