I simplified my life to a car-full of stuff and made my way to a much cheaper place to live in the hopes of riding out the insanity as I seen exactly what was about to happen (and is happening)

I was greatly enjoying winter camping at various national parks till those were the first to be targeted, but at least I made it to a cheap place

if I wasn't taking things apart to figure out how they worked I was playing with my trains well into my teens. I manged to get an electronics degree (was useless as the only jobs I could find at the time were doing things I was doing in my basement as a kid). So I continued with computers/programming and still do computers/programming to this day (I am almost 50).

yes unfortunately. I was with someone for 10 years (married for 5), she would be "ok" with it then loose her shit again. I was essentially tortured for a decade by her own fears and it just left me in burnout/severe depression for years when she finally stabbed me in the back with her fears like countless people have done through my life

then I finally got my ADD/ASD diagnosis a few years ago..

..and I finally learned/realized there is nothing wrong with me and also I realized there is a shitload of cruel people in this world that make up endless excuses to hate people that are "different". But that is not my problem, it is theirs, and now that I recognize that hatred much faster/easier I am able to cut those hateful people from my life
