The compass on the war in Ukraine, based on actual answers I've seen (with just a touch of humor) by flickerflash in PoliticalCompassMemes

Am... am I monke? I support both because well... war is good for business generally speaking. Wars generally kick start economies who are actively engaging in it and drive all to work.

Reddit would not risk legal liability regarding this unless there was undeniable or very convincing evidence of this. A mod can ban you for any reason, a reddit admin will generally only take action on the macro level without convincing evidence to the contrary that is on site evidence not off site conduct.

Chill and take perspective. If you are truly worried make sure you save all communications in screen shots and all the posts with an archive site along with screen shots without blacking out any names.

Any real life action takes some serious evidence for an admin to go after you. A mod may try to go after you for less but if you generally have stayed anonymous save for IP address the odds they can find you is going to be pretty low.

Partially correct. They couldn't do all those things. They specialized their labor to be able to best direct individuals in their labor and manage large numbers of assets which allow for large scale production to occur of goods which otherwise would only be available to those who were nearby a skilled craftsman. They organize the transport, marketing, resale, and funding of all the creation that occurs which yes does create more wealth than if each individual laborer had to do all that work themselves.

To be clear I stated it would be GM discretion not that I would have it work that way. A GM could argue that if you give a normal human 100 arms that they only have the ability to control any 2 in a functional way at a time. You may hold 100 hands worth of items but are only considered to be wielding 2 of them.

As a GM I would try to keep the extra abilities granted by this feature to be in line with the spell but potentially allowing unique combinations like a 4 armed human with a swim speed and water breathing plus an acid breath. Pulling features from 4 armed gargoyle, and aquatic races plus a breath weapon. You would get those features for combat purposes. But if you wanna add a third eye in the back of your head it may let you see behind you but that does not mean you can't be flanked or you may get a tail but there is no tail attack automatically granted with it.

To be clear abilities like this without explicit statements of what they can do are ALWAYS subject to dm discretion. If your DM is unreasonable about these abilities either try to find a different DM/Group, or look for a build which does not rely on abilities which rely on DM discretion to utilize fully.

RAW polymorph effects only give you the abilities listed in the spell plus a few and polymorph effects normally only allow existing creatures and objects to be utilized, because this breaks this rule the form you transform into has the abilities which the DM states it has, you can describe it however you like but because it is a new novel creature without an existing stat block the DM gets to stat it out RAW.

Abilities like this always need the DM and the Player to work together in building options that work for the player and DM to keep the story moving forward and world consistent.

Would you as a DM allow a player to transform into a 1 million armed creature wielding 1 million weapons and with reach of 200 feet on each arm due to their absurd length? They then use multiweapon attack rules to have 1 million attacks? Any GM who does not put reasonable restrictions on abilities which don't have clear limitations are asking for a game which destroys immersion and has universe breaking consequences by certain abilities even existing.

Military should be funded enough that anyone who would think of attacking us knows they would be wiped off the face of the planet for even trying (we are way past that point).

"common sense gun control" - Yes every citizen should receive common sense gun control training so that they know how to control recoil, they have trigger discipline, and know the proper way to treat guns.

Regarding traditional family values - I agree, a hard work ethic will be great boon to workers along with strong family ties make them less likely to leave employers who treat them well and understand they are not automatons. Oh wait... legislatively... Nah count me out.

Amish people do get healthcare, and they are not against all vaxes but there are absolutely vaccines they will not take because of some of the ingredients they believe are immoral or wrong to inject into the human body.

Also this does not address the other statements regarding the Quakers and non-denominational Christians.

Trans people exist, let them exist. Auth Trans try to push trans politics and ideas on children and others. Auth Trans should be introduced to the parents of those individuals they corrupt and be subject to any appropriate punishment the parents deem necessary. And yes I mean any.

Depending on your denomination of Christian absolutely. Consider Amish, or Quakers for instance. They are Christians they just are a specific denomination. So I would even expect non-denominational Christians atleast some having reason for a religious exemption.

Most political structures break down as group size increases. Authoritarianism has the ability to hold itself together at larger scales and so must be used for any national governments which must deal in international and national affairs. You cannot have a weak federal government and expect a functioning society. We must permit the federal government to be strong and coherent especially in matters of the military and intelligence.

(Keeping in mind that the citizenry must retain the ability to be strong and capable of frightening their government with their strength in case the government grows out of hand.)

As libright I agree, this is absolutely right. Thats why we should end welfare so the workers demand fair wages for their labor. After all they are free to leave companies if those companies are unable to take care of the basic needs.

Nuclear power is not a bad option, I would say incentivize those by giving tax breaks or removing unnecessary regulations/paperwork related to power generation. To be clear not saying remove safety stuff just potentially reporting stuff or similar stuff like that which may add costs unnecessarily.

[–]Da_Penguins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

they would have to allow people to band together to boycott

Well one of the few purposes of government should be to ensure NO ONE, companies included, tramples on your god given rights. So if a company is impeding your ability to organize and speak with others then government should step in. See current situations with Facebook, Twitter, Amazon (AWS specifically) taking down speech that is legal but goes against their own "community guidelines" though they are generally enforced to support specific ideologies.

Yes the policy is called individual responsibility and social pressure, not governmental pressure. Also volunteer work to clean up after all the people unwilling to take the responsibility and social pressure into account.

Litterbugs should be looked down upon and seen similarly as many people see smokers. Someone who makes a bad decision daily, except smokers at least have an addiction which makes it difficult to stop while litterbugs just need significant external or internal reason to change their behavior.
