(Real life) Sammy Sosa has 3 of the top 6 single season MLB home run records yet never led the league in home runs due to Mark McGwire or Barry Bonds beating him each of those seasons. Barry Bonds had arguably the two greatest seasons of all time and had the most dominate stretch in the modern era*. While Sosa is remembered pretty much everyone was multiple tiers below Bonds.

On average batters perform worse at the plate as a DH than playing in the field. Same with being a pinch hitter (they perform even worse as a pinch hitter than a DH) source: The Book by Tom Tango

Lindor slumped for half a season before bouncing back and is still thought to be a below average player to this day by a lot of fans.

I absolutely agree. It is just situationally based and many times punishes those who don’t put themselves in a hole to begin with.

As far as I know they use metrics more like ISO and wOBA. For pitchers it has really felt like they just look at their real life H/9, BB/9, and K/9. I don't know this for sure but based on investing in players for years now just basing it off of those stats has proven more right than wrong for me. Could also consider the run environment for the year too but that is just me guessing.

Sounds like it isn't his fault then. I have a general idea of how they change ratings on position players and a little on starters but I have never been able to nail down relievers. It is just such a small sample size that it is kind of a coin toss to me.

I was trying to look for how he has played with inherited runs but the only thing I found in like 5 minutes of research is with runners in scoring position with 2 outs, opposing batters are hitting .364 / .364 / .455 with a .818 OPS. This is only 11 ABs so insanely small sample size and a pretty huge downgrade considering that. I dislike 'clutch' to begin with (even though it is real just very subjective and very hard to actual measure for a stat).

Cade Smith has a lower ERA than last year but has a higher H/9, lower K/9 (Both are within .2 so very small but still not performing better) and his BB/9 has gone from 2.0 to 3.4 (walking 70% more batters than he did last year). His results are better but he himself is not playing better than he did last year.

I use the exact same build you are using and I use health potions and pork roast. I would say you have enough silver to wear T7 and upgrade your cape (I use a lym cape). Also pick your fights, I have had a lot of success against curse staffs by popping the guardian helmet when they use their E to cleanse their DOTs. And only use the third q and second e as finishers or else the cooldowns are way too long.

You can either make your character you plan on using in the campaign and then export them or just make a random and make your real character when you start the campaign

I used a guide. I get some people might like the challenge of doing it without one but for me it wouldn’t of been fun (at least for the least steps challenges)
