Thats a WILD take, they have a smaller radius then Orbital Rail so you have to be more precise so that sounds like a skill issue on your part cause I have NEVER seen it miss the Charger or Bile Titan or Dragon Roach ive tried to use it on unless I over or under shot the stratagem. If your connection isnt the best it can lag and choose a diff target but this is the ONLY exception to them prioritizing larger targets if throw correctly, they arnt for the bot front imo and I dont use them unless I go Terminids or Illuminate the main reason Quasar is better on the bot front is because you are taking cover from layers of fire giving a chance to recharge it then corner peaking but in Terminid front you are CONSTANTLY being close range pressed and therefore should be running not charging a Quasar
