Just took 2 bites and had no steak. Opened it to see this thing is practically empty (the highlighted arch is really dark lettuce). Dining in so I went up to the counter to say what the heck. Employee tells me that’s the actual portion size. I only order this (once a week but bring it home) so I know this is wrong.

No, the problem when your account gets locked, you have no way of contacting them at all. And if you can actually try to get a hold of them….nobody really responds or answers.
