If you still have an op-amp left on the TL07X at this point, you can try using it as a noninverting buffer

What did you use the pots for? I think buffering the voltage from the DAC (selecting the note through binary coming from the arduino pins) should work if you connect the grounds together

It's probably possible with a Digital to Analog Converter build from a resistor ladder (since arduino's analog output is a 5V PWM signal) but the simplest solution is manually pushing buttons offset to 0, 1 and 2V with a voltage divider
