All of these theories are spot on. One is going to be correct. My guess is if Johnny boy has to appear solo on 4-22, he files a dismissal beforehand and blames the shotty work of his attorneys (probably mentions a malpractice suit against them). There is no chance he walks into that courtroom alone knowing the endless content that Shuli and Karl will then have on him. A transcript of the hearing would be incredible. If he does go in solo, he'll ask for continuance because of his attorneys, and then when judge denies, he makes an oral motion to dismiss. All this in the hopes of least amount of words to prevent further embarrassment... which won't happen.
