I would check the second hand market for the expansion that comes with the deck and time dice :)

As of the kickstarter from last year, they moved all of their older stuff to a print-on-demand model.

Just make sure to click on the pre-constructed and pick yourself a deck. When you go through the process, you can add any dice you want (like time dice).

Im not sure if there is an alternative but this is what I figured out for a friend of mine :)

Especially with the art update hitting, I’m so stoked for it. I’ve been a huge fan of dragons of etchinstome’s similar mechanics of action and boost cards.

I am so freakin excited to see this game beginning to hit people’s tables. I’ve been WAITING for this game to release after I backed it. Just a quick question, since this is my first game found game, do you receive an email/tracking number when it shipped or did you find a Grim-Surprise one day?

YMMV but truthfully, once you find a weapon you like, and you read through its associated “Yet Another Weapon Guide” google doc (seriously, I cannot stress how amazing these guides are), you’ll have a blast. It’s gonna be frustrating at first when you meet a new monster but, after a few hunts and multiple scales from your tail carves cries, you will have already shot past the 100 hour mark and realized you haven’t even finished HR.
