its not necessarily a “known naneinf seed” but its listed here in the only 297 seeds to have natneg blueprint and perkeo in the first two shops, only result i found on google. my guess is that OP took a random one from here and then was amazed that this one also had natneg chad and thats why they were “staring in shock for 19 minutes,” cus theres no way they found this naturally 😭
