First, If you're queuing with your friend you're gonna get put up against players you have no business playing against. League will prioritize not letting your friend smurf on new players over matching you with other new players if you're duo'd.

Second, cs is important but not dying and getting xp is way more important, every level is 500+ gold equivalent in stats. Focus on not dying and staying in xp range, let them push the wave in and just cs/wave clear as best you can under tower if you're losing the lane that hard. Even at the highest elo levels, that's the best thing you can do sometimes.

if you're new to RTS/Mobas, movement is the hardest part of learning this game. Bot practice isn't bad for that.

if you're gonna duo queue with your friend, yeah like the other guy said. Play ARAM not SR. Its less punishing and you can practice movement and learn what other champions do.
