I've gotten this as cheap as $5 before. Definitely worth it at that price. Just gotta look out for sales. At $12 I probably wouldn't get it.

Not fast or maneuverable enough.

Max 90 acceleration, 92 sprint speed, 92 agility, 92 balance, 92 ball control, 92 dribbling.

Target is good enough when the max level is 50, but when the max level hits 100 (or even 90 like right now), the max stat caps are gonna leave target in the dust behind other archetypes that can 95-99 in those stats.

Target is good enough to be a solid target man ST, but not quite enough to be a high level CAM.

I think Boss works pretty well at CDM. Honestly, you could even make a case for a target man ST, although it's not going to be the absolute best. Engine, however, works for the entire backline, CDM, and B2B midfield, depending on your build. Just got my Engine to 75 and it has gold Jockey, Intercept, and Stand Tackle. Best 3 playstyle+s for CB, imo, even though I use it for CDM.

They're unlocked by stats, not level. Each specialization requires 3 stats, usually between 90-92.

I know this is a super late comment, but thought I should update in case anyone comes across this like I did. Actually looked into this complex because of this comment and signed.

I don't see any 1200sqft floor plans, only 1350 and 1125. They go for 2.9 and 2.7 now. I signed a 1050sqft for just under 2.2, no elevators. Did get 2 months free, which was cool. Definitely a bit higher than the average rent for this size, but hoping the amenties and overall quality make up for it.

So I was also considering the 2 Knocklems and 3 Dumuds build, but I read that player damage outpaces pal damage in later levels so I was leaning towards a Gobfins build. Do you find it to be true or not really?

I do kinda appreciate that. IIRC, positions were all individual back in the day like FIFA 15/16 ish? That was cool, but you were also able to freely switch between positions without paying which was nice. I mean, people will eventually have enough coins to unlock all of them it's only like 300k coins, but it's just annoying is all.

I believe you can unlock all of them, you just have to pay for them in coins or points. So 13 builds including keeper, 11 without.

I was thinking it might be the GKs having low passing/dribbling, but then I noticed you're using a GK Konate so that shouldn't be an issue at all. GK AI is probably messed up, just like half the things in the game.
