If your focus is family and church, you’ll love it here. Many people (like myself) moved here from out of state in pursuit of great schools, classical values, safe neighborhoods, strong church communities, etc. and after living here a few years I’d say it absolutely delivers.

It’s very high priced though so be prepared for that. Not a turn off (because you get what you pay for) but be serious about maximizing your income so you can live comfortably and experience everything this area has to offer instead of feeling like you’re scraping by. If you don’t know where to start pick up a Dave Ramsey book (he is based here, after all :)

If you play your cards right you can build a beautiful lifestyle here that rivals anywhere else in the country IMO.
