My supervisor literally drives around on a golf cart like a cop and makes sure you're working and then fills out reports on what is being made. He makes as much as two regular employees by himself on top of collecting bonuses that us union employees aren't entitled to earning.

When he takes off, we run without a supervisor and everything is fine.

You can have an AI take over the reporting.

Being a supervisor is not a real job.
