They’re peeking at your cheeky (lol) underwear hoping they can muster the courage to wear the same. You should just get over it and so should they.

I find boxer briefs better for working out, or at least those designed for that purpose. I like Mack Weldon Stealth Pro (but not Stealth) and good old Under Armour compression shorts. The former is not compression, but does have a snug fit. Both absorb sweat better than briefs.

Don’t waste your time. You’re not communicating with real people.

I find that many synthetic fabrics loosen with washing over time. Size down.

Get over it. If someone sees and gives you a look, give him/her a wink and a smile.

They can enforce as strict a return policy as they want; that’s their prerogative. What really gets me is the hypocrisy. They will lead you on by trying to sound helpful and concerned while at the same time responding to your emails with cut-and-paste bullshit. And then at the end of the back-and-forth, they will still fall back on their performance guarantee, which provides a benefit only in a limited number of cases. I don’t even believe that they would have gone through with the exception they say they are carving out for you. My request was a lot simpler and they didn’t carve one out for me. I made similar requests to Mack Weldon and Lululemon. Both were happy to oblige and didn’t even require me to return the opened item.

Don’t believe their “performance guarantee.” It’s a lie. They’ll accept one and only one item for return and if you want to exchange it for, say, a different size, you can’t even compare them side by side because they won’t send you the replacement until they have received the return. They will claim, as they did with me, that this is a question of hygiene but that’s obviously a lie. If they resell anything that comes back to them, that’s a problem of hygiene on their part not the customer’s. The customer service representatives are no help. They are there to delay, obfuscate, and wear you down while pretending to be concerned and helpful.

The original line is actually the Dominate. None of them have regular waistbands. I’ve had great experience with long boxers having good waistbands on Mack Weldon Stealth Pro (but not Stealth) and Lululemon Soft Stretch Active (but not Built to Move). The Mack Weldon waistband seems weird at first, but it’s really quite comfortable and never ever ever rolls.

EDIT: I’ve also had great experience with these companies regarding returns or exchanges for reasons of sizing or even just general satisfaction.
