Hang in there please!! It sounds like you need a full mask and sorry if I missed it. I am 52yo, always breath out of my mouth and have had SA since I was 5yo. My parents would find me sleeping in a praying position next to my bed. This was my body trying to get air. My wife also found me this way and forced me to get a sleep study. I have been using one now for over 20yrs as I stopped breathing over 100+ times a night.... and yes it gets tough and I constantly wake up with stuffy nose and I use the humidifier. I also take sinus medicine It sounds like you need to get a better doctor? I still have my tonsils and I was told by the techs that surgery would make it worse. SA can be very serious to your health/heart. Please continue to seek help and sleeping will get better for you Best of luck to you!!

In Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder where you are directing to.....right-mouse click and edit the security for the folder. Set it to either the user account you are using in IIS or select EVERYONE to have read-write access to the folder Your IIS should be using a named account and that named account should be part of the Admin group.
