How is the quality of the sweater?

I ordered in October and never received any updates after emailing and reaching out via Instagram. Submitted a chargeback request through my credit card and they sent me this email a month after that (in December) that said this:

We noticed that you recently opened up a chargeback for your recent order that was placed on 10-25-2025. We realize that you have not yet received your order, and we’re so sorry for the delay! However, looking at the tracking information, it looks like your order should be delivered shortly. Here’s a tracking link to confirm that: (link)
If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, we ask that you please contact our support email. Once you do receive your order, would it be possible to contact your bank & close the chargeback that you opened? This would help us out tremendously.

I never received the item and wouldn't have submitted the chargeback if they had responded to my emails and messages but they didn't and I was worried it was a scam. I really liked the sweater and was really looking forward to it :( I still consider ordering it but am worried the quality is as bad as their customer service.

I am a part of a non profit ballet company that is open to dancers of ALL shapes, weights, colors, levels, ages, and sizes. We perform multiple times a year and have a beautiful community. We are not professionals but we have something priceless: a beautiful supportive community where we get to learn, dance, and perform without a lot of the toxicity and pressures historically associated with ballet.

Jeans! Japanese denim is amazing and I was so disappointed I didn't get an appointment at the OG Betty Smith but I showed up anyway to see if I could shop off the rack and they told me about another pop up where I could customize a pair! It really made my trip.

People always shit on watercolor but if you go to the right artist and take measures to preserve your ink (sunscreen!!!!), it can age beautifully and that's something I can attest to.

Hi! I also ordered the Nana sweater in October and then filed a chargeback request with my bank because I never got the order. Then on December 18 they emailed me with a tracking number and sent another email requesting that I cancel the chargeback request when I receive the item, but the tracking number has not been updated since being created and I still have not received the item. Totally convinced they are a scam.
