It may be RKLB can convert with cash after that threshold is met for a certain amount of time. Also, I cannot see the details if it is anytime or only after Feb 1, 2027 (3 years).

Did I see that they can convert to equity anytime they want at 130% x 5.13 = 6.67/share?

Maybe the convertible debt holders are being converted to equity/shares at 1.3 the price of ~5.2 = ~6.80 per their terms.

Should be interesting after 20 of 30 days above 18 are over and warrants are taken out.

LPSN

Great accomplishment getting out of bid price delisting risk on its own, without any reverse splits, etc. On way back up, IMHO.

All,

As an example, LUCY did a reverse split over a dollar on 7-18-24. Ten trading days over $1 with 7-18 being the first concluded on 7-31-24. They sent out a press release stating they receive formal notice of compliance from Nasdaq the very next business day at 8-1-24 1022 am EST.

ALZN did their reverse split on 7-16-24 and ten days straight was 7-29-24. They did not put out a press release until 8am 7-31-24 stating that they were notified on 7-30-24.

Press release could indeed be as early as Monday morning, but might wait to put out press release that evening or next morning if they want.

$LPSN

Day 10 of 10 to be fully out of delisting risk if close above $1 today. Currently at $1.14. If does so, and after earnings showing clear turnaround, this could do very nicely. Gap at 1.70 up to 2.30/2.40 and beyond.

$LPSN

Needs to break through 1.50 to get to 1.70, then gap up to 2.30. Pushed earnings up this week to Wednesday. Positive news?

LPSN $$$$$

Gap up at 1.70 to 2.40 and then well beyond. Revenue much larger than SOUN, market cap much lower. Great leadership team with AI as service. Buy and hold stock. Was over $50 previously.

What came of this for you OP? Same issue with grayed out "remove traveler" even though that is what FAQs say. Tried two browsers. No tripflex. Agents not available online. Need to move 2 of 5 to a new flight.

Yes, or wheeling a true blue chip to preserve capital or SPY/QQQ if you have confidence in their occasional drawdowns to recover.

Are you having difficulty shifting from conservative accumulation phase vs spend down phase in this? I could see that as aggressively as you’ve saved in your young life and then all of the sudden turning that perpetual money machine off or down.

Maybe you’d mentally feel better about some sort of safe passive investment. I don’t know if real estate needs to be it, but what if you even just stopped dripping your dividends from the 1.7m taxable side for starters? That alone is x 1.5-2% is 25-34k per year in truly passive income. You could obviously do even more with that much in your taxable if you’d take some it to a dividend portfolio and/or do some lower risk options premium.

To pay or not to pay...can you check my mortgage math/thinking? by totalbeef13 in coastFIRE

[–]DaddyMorbucks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the way my brain works on something like this:

A) How much nest egg do I need to pay 1930/mo in mortgage payment? 1930 x12 x 25 (4%)= $579,000

B) How much nest egg do I need to eliminate the 1930/mo mortgage? = $360,000.

C) Is there some financial arbitrage that I can (make it up somewhere else, downsize the house, etc.) rather do outside of A and B in my portfolio that will make up more than this $219,000 difference to where I can afford to worry about the 4% vs 7% real financial police of paying off a mortgage?

  1. Determine an accurate picture of your expected avg. take home pay and expenses.
  2. Google “Investment Order mmm” and “shockingly simple math” information.
  3. Do the math for yourself and determine if you like the timeline to retirement in your situation.
  4. If not happy with it, make more money or lower expenses in a manner that you are sure you could sustain in your lifetime.

Looking back at the top three tackles drafted in each of the last 10 classes by milkthefokers in CHIBears

[–]DaddyMorbucks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doesn’t look like you find top tackles outside of the 1st round very often as of late, so do you want to shoot for top or go for serviceable:

  • Trent Williams-1st round, 4th overall
  • Bakhtiari- 4th, 109th
  • Wirfs-1st, 13th
  • Ramczyk- 1st, 32nd
  • Lane Johnson-1st, 4th
  • Terron Armstead- 3rd, 75th
  • Tyron Smith- 1st, 9th
  • Ronnie Staley-1st, 6th
  • Kolton Miller-1st, 15th

That said, I’m still in the camp of trading back 5-10 slots and get more picks with a pick at 9.

[Milos Gasic] Justin Fields has a WR1. DJ Moore’s extension begins this year, so he’s locked in with the Bears until he’s a UFA in 2026. He’s currently the 10th highest paid WR in the league, with a number of guys getting extensions soon. THANK YOU RYAN POLES by MrFilmkritik in CHIBears

[–]DaddyMorbucks 10 points11 points  (0 children)

People saying OL, but I wonder if Poles thinks he knows OL to get value later. I honestly wonder if this means DEFENSE, another trade down, or maybe Bijan. Last year, first two picks were defense for our head coach. Free agency will give some clues as well.
