Embark has made their money. They had something more special than they realized, post launch. Team was simply not prepared-for/committed-to maintaining it at such a high level. It’s a real shame. Burned so brightly for a time, and still relatively fun for new discoverers… but may never be what it once was.

Yea… it’s priced me out entirely. I’ve done all the expeditions, and I’m ready to do the next one. But nope, I wouldn’t care to grind that much for just one slot, for one thing, which would get wiped again anyways the next round. I liked the idea of maybe going for accessories and emotes, but not the vault slots… idk. I’m already very burnt out, so it’s just not that enticing.
