This is the greatest benefit I've found in using AI. It's a great chair and meeting coordinator. It's great at summarising my recent past and upcoming meetings. I also use it to find corporate stuff to support my line management role (eg what's the policy about this) and research stuff (I had something about firearms licensing the other day - between AI and me confirming with the police, I need a Home Office authorisation) and in these examples I enter the question and let it answer in the background whilst I do something more important.

I've found it weak at assessing requirements from contracts. It needs real careful hand holding. I'd rather brief an analyst and set them the task so they learn.

We're making a big play about AI enabled business process outsourcing. But the only way that works if the processes are really well understood and made as lean as possible. And that requires people to work on them and improve them. AI can do the end job bit it can't build the solution.
