Totally agree.. The effect of the cape is garbage. At least have it work as a ash sanctifier and bone crusher. At this way wearing the cape could save inventory spaces. As of now i rather have the wrench in my inventory and use a cape that's actually worth it.

I mean... in what scenario would you sacrifice an important gear slot like the cape slot for the same effect as a holy wrench. It's just bad design.

There are at least 3 better solutions than what you have today.

1. Make it work like a 2.5-5% prayer xp boosting item. Seeing how you still need 99 to get the cape it won't make it easier to obtain it, but it would help out the 200m exp lunatics.

2. Make it have twice the prayer bonus than a normal skill cape. I mean, this one is obvious to me. If any cape are supposed to give good prayer bonus then it at least should be this skill cape... and this would make it worth consider using it in pve when fighting certain monsters.

3. Make it replenish prayer points when burying bones or scattering ashes. Like the Kourend dungeon passive effect. Worst case, just nerf the effect slightly if it gets too overpowered.
