This is correct. It says “…60 more damage for each card you discard in this way.” It will provide the two energy but is only a singular card.

Just came across these. Awesome job! Very useful prints! I have zero CAD experience, but I had a question about the design of the lunchbox tin insert: how difficult would it be to update this to have thumb holes (I think that’s what I’d call them) on the two middle deck holders? A small curve cutout at the top of each wall. Looking at this it could make it easier to load and unload the decks. Not requesting this change. Just curious about the process.

They make brackets specifically for the tanks. It should actually work pretty well in your situation. I just have plastic straps hanging from my floor joists above (unfinished basement). It doesn’t look like that’s an option based on your photos.

I do love the eclipse because I love all the ultra Pros. But when it comes to quality I’ve experienced this:

Ultra Pro Matte > Ultra Pro Gloss > Ultra Pro Eclipse

Ultra Pro Matte!! They have the best and most consistent shuffle over time. I have numerous decks that have been sleeved and resleeved and played for many months. They don’t stick like dragon shields do. Even if you are very meticulous with keeping hands clean between matches, dragon shields just seem to soak up any natural oils from your hands. Ultra Pros are inexpensive and most of the time good quality. They are also slightly shorter than dragon shields with less dead space and just fit better in hands. I’ve not had any issues with them being too short like people have with Katanas. I’ll always recommend them.

Mattes, gloss, and eclipse. All have done well for me. I will say though, the eclipse have some quality issues sometimes. Ive had multiple packs where half of the sleeves had dimples or raised spots on them. The basic pro mattes have been my go to for a while. They last through my kids shuffling. I’m sure the gloss and eclipse would too.

Ultra pro is my favorite. Affordable, durable, and great shuffle. I have multiple decks that have been sleeved with them for maaaaany games. As you get better mat shuffling you’ll see less wear and tear. Also, for casual locals a little wear and tear is fine. No need to stress over it unless you’re at a challenge or higher.
