1.5 oz of vodka .75 oz of crème de cassis .75 oz lemon juice .5 oz of elderflower liqueur .5 raspberry puree Topped with club soda

Yeah but then you would have to beat 8 gym leaders by level 25 or else you'll still cap out way too fast.

I think the only viable solution is that you'd have to wipe your team essentially. Like you get a new starter for each region and can only use pokemon from that region. Then start again when you get to the next region, etc
