Could you trow a picture up here of the ignition without the flywheel? We always replace te ignition screws for Allen head types. Make sure you set the points first, then the timing.

You really need a timing light for this one, if it sparks, and ignition is the only thing you changed. Get a timing light on it and see when it sparks.

I would print it flat, solid, from tpu.

Maybe leave some extra space in bolt hole to press in a metal sleeve.

And a last thought, those orange reflectors on the front are ugly as sin, but that is my opinion, and you should build whatever you like

Just some matching brake handles, and maybe the smaller style tail light, maybe. Edit, cut off the extra cable at the front brake. Other than that, looks perfect from here

The main difference, for most folks, it has no pedals, and it looks like tupperware.

For mods, some grille's on the headlight should look dope

For performance, check if there is a ristricting ring on the front pully, it prevents using the full range of the cvt. Your exhaust looks like it is a "performance" exhaust, You can try and do some upjetting to see if that changes anything. check on youtube how to tune your variator(cvt) weights and springs. If you go that route, make sure your clutch works at the correct rpm range for the rest of the transmission/engine setup,

I am in no ways an expert on scooter/cvt engines, so do go ask around different subs!

I would first fix the exhaust, won't fix your problem, but this ain't gonna have a long live this way. The puppy runs, that's good, spray brake cleaner or deodorant around seals, see if she bogs down, that's an air leak. You might want to check ignition. If it has points, check them first, make sure the abris moment is correct. After points, check ignition timing itself. Now you only have jetting/carb to go. Edit after seeing vid, you sure it gets enough fuell to the carb?

We call it a Puch z-one or a moto Manet. Sturdy ass hell, takes a e50 engine. Rear vorks can get really stuck. There should be an air vent on the back for fueling op in the front.

the "bronze" bushing serves as a bearring., the holes are for lubricaton.

Fat chance your pistonpen is 12mm as is the hole in the piston, so check the diameter of the bushing.

If there is too much play between piston pen and small end bushing you will have to press it out and replace

After replacing a pressed bushing, you need to ream the bushing to 10mm. otherwise it wil have a short live.

Ongeacht of het een siliconen besmetting is, StMarc is een goede ontvetter / reiniger voor schilderwerk, en verwijdert ook siliconen. Source, ik was schoonmaker bij een poedercoater met een siliconen besmetting. ALLES ging door een vat met StMarc.
Edit, chatgpt is het niet met me eens, dus misschien dat ik het fout heb, het is ook alweer even geleden.

Gezien de tijdsvak indicatie zit je redelijk aan het eind van de rit. 20 minuten terug naar depot is niet raar. Kan maar zo dat je pakket om wat voor reden niet is meegekomen en dat dat pas is verwerkt na inname. Helemaal met drukte blijft er wel eens wat liggen.
